Meet LadyB

“In West Philadelphia where I was born and raised, the kitchen is where I spent most of my days. Chopping, peeling, and prepping meals with my grandmother, she instilled a lot of values and traditions in me throughout childhood. Although there was a language barrier when speaking with her, when it came down to it, we spoke the language of food. My West African roots and our traditions inspired me to become the classically trained chef that I am today.

No matter what dialogue you speak, great food is undeniable; it speaks for itself. Lady B’s is on a mission to create desserts that bring people together, no matter what nationality, race, or ethnicity. Celebratory events always seem to bring families and friends together. I’m on a mission to create great-tasting and memorable meals that’ll leave an imprint.”

From the city of Brotherly Love , classically trained Chef Baindu Squire (Aka Lady B) has been putting her culinary stamp on dishes and desserts for over a decade. “My food journey has been one of the most diverse and interesting adventures yet. Cooking various dishes and putting my eclectic spin on it has been the most rewarding part of being in the industry”.
